The Lord's Tolerance

Dawn, Tuesday, September 11, 2001;

The acts of terrorism against God in America's skies,

Taking down the World Trade Center

Pushing the world's liberty into a corner,

Have punctuated the subhuman of the destructors.

God said, "Do not mess with America!"

His tolerance has just been tested.

September 11... September 11... September 11

"Whoever unjustly harms a Christian or a Jew will not even smell paradise."  --The Prophet Muhammad

Poet's Note: --January 1, 2003  Looking back, a poet's word could be just prophetic! The poem was written right after I saw on the TV the second commercial airplane plunging into the Twin Tower of the World Trade Center of New York City.
